Likely Molluscum: It sound like you have molluscum contagiosum. It is a viral infection that causes a localized infection in the form of firm dome shape papules, 2-5 mm, on the skin. It is common in children and young adults. See your doctor for an evaluation. Molluscum usually resolves on it's own but there are treatments if it bothers you.
