Should not: Benign prostate enlargement should not cause constipation. Follow with your urologist to make sure your prostate enlargement is benign. Also, see your primary care doc for constipation management. Unless you are checking for someone who is older, you are young for having enlarged prostate. Need seen to resolve both issues.
