The tiny amount of blood in the mucus isn't a serious issue in view of the presence of an upper respiratory tract infection with nasal membranes inflammation.

What you described suggests common cold and the blood in the presence of inflammation is not of concern. If you develop breathing difficulty, go to a hospital.
