Woke up with skin under right eye swollen. 1 day later skin under left eye swelled but not as badly. 2 days later eyes started itching badly for only 2 days. 3 months later eyes still swollen. all blood tests normal. no itching at all now for months?

This is either an accumulation of fluid seen in various medical disorders or a mobilization of some fat tissue which is only a cosmetic issue. In your case I doubt a medical issue. You could be examined by your physician, dermatologist or a plastic surgeon for evaluation & advice.
