There are non-tumor reasons for elevated b2microglobulin: Beta 2 microglobulin plasma levels may also be increased in patients with chronic inflammation, liver disease, acute viral infections and renal failure. Thus elevated level is not diagnostic of cancer. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
