Vertigo: Your vertigo is due to the backflow of mucus from your nose into your middle ears.Your sinuses also seem to be involved because of your headache.All your symptoms combined speech for an allergy problem. Talk to your doctor about the possibility of your high blood pressure pills causing part of your problem . You should also see an allergist for testing and medication.
