Is it okay to change the time i take my coc pills? ive been taking it every night at 7pm, but when i started on the first day of my 9th-pack of pills i decided to take it on 9pm. will it affect the efficacy of my pills?

The change you described will not affect the efficacy of the pills. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
