See below: Possibly an external hemorrhoid. As long as your stool is soft & you're not straining to move bowels, hemorrhoid shouldn't cause problems. Other possibilities: skin tag, lipoma, wart, neoplasm. Have pcp check it out to make certain it's not something that should be removed/treated.
