Since lupus may present similar to MS, and since you have several rheumatological issues, can we assume that your MS diagnosis was correct? Consider anti-phospholipid antibody syndrome, perhaps neuromyelitis optica, CADASIL, as some variant thoughts. At this point, have a rheumatologist and new neurologist, perhaps at a local medical school, get involved and update all of this.
