A few adjustments to your environment often is helpful. Avoid alcohol, caffeine less than two hours prior to bedtime. Keep all electronic devices, including television off two hours prior to sleep. Lavender spray on linens and a glass of warm milk two hours prior to bedtime is also recommended.
