Is it common to get pinky and side of palm tremors and twitching?

If occasionally: People have some twitching of the adductor digity minimy which will move the little finger away from the rest of the fingers. It feels like twitching or spasm, and this is not unusual. If constant u should have it evaluated by initially by ur pcp, if not see a neurologist.
