Barium would not get into your blood from bleeding gums. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

Barium will not get into your blood stream from bleeding gums. Bleeding gums indicate, however, that you have Periodontal Disease, and bacteria's entering your blood stream and spreading ton other organ systems. Gum disease associated with coronary disease, kidney disease, stroke, etc. Please see a gum specialist, a Periodontist.
