You don't mention how high your white cell count is or the percentage of various white blood cells like neutrophils or lymphocytes. Patients with breast cancer per se may have elevated wbc and if severe bone damage has occurred, this would be another possible cause of a high wbc. Your oncologist is best to answer your question, however.
