I have been having severe pain in my shoulder from metastatic breast cancer to bone there. i will be getting radiation soon. but i wanted to know if my high wbc can be from the inflammation? no other problems?

You don't mention how high your white cell count is or the percentage of various white blood cells like neutrophils or lymphocytes. Patients with breast cancer per se may have elevated wbc and if severe bone damage has occurred, this would be another possible cause of a high wbc. Your oncologist is best to answer your question, however.
