Hello doctor. i have a varicocele for 3 to 4 years . swallowed veins in scrotum , testis. and i am afraid about infertility. what should i do now i am so worried. is this varicocele in left testis will cause infertility? i had no pain in it?

Varicocele rarely causes infertility. But if you remain concerned, your doctor can order a simple sperm count to check it out.

Not all people with varicocele are infertile. If your testicle is of normal size you have a very good chance to be fertile. Either you have it fixed now or you can wait and get it fixed if you are unable to father children after trying for 6 months. Either is acceptable. Good lucck
