Is it normal to have a hr of 175 right after getting out the shower? i felt lightheaded and a bit short of breath in the shower?

No this is not normal. How was the heart rate measured? If accurate, you need to see a doctor ASAP so that a home heart monitor can be arranged to figure out what your heart rhythm is when this occurs. You should get an EKG to look for any abnormalities there, like a prolonged QT interval, for example. If it occurs again, go to the nearest ER. Best of luck to you!
