I have this pimple on my neck and on top of it there was this dark line going across it in a blue color,ive been on antibiotics when i saw a dentist monday cause of a mouth infection,noticed that color was going away, was that an infection on my neck?

Probably. If the lesion was a swelling with redness, other than the blue line, it was likely an infected hair follicle that resolved with the antibiotic given for a different matter. Wish you good health!
