Todays automated medical records often send prescriptions to whatever pharmacy is designated in their list. It could be as easily just be a wrong button pushed. Any prescription sent to one chain pharmacy location can easily be sent to the other by the pharmacy where it ended up. Mention it to the doc at you next encounter. The staff may have listed your preferred one wrong.
