An exposure in August would cause a much greater increase by now and definitely into the fully positive range. Your baseline titers are simply a bit higher than usual. Exposure to many Herpes-like viruses that are not HSV can cause this.

I think I was exposed to hsv 2 and took an hsv 2 IGG test 3 weeks later, the test came back "equivocal". Did I test too early or would my titers have been well into the positive at this point? Range for equivocal is .90 - 1.09, my result was 0.91?

Hsv 2 Igg test says 1.25 positive Test was done 7/26/21 the hsv 2 dna pcr test results came back not detected test was performed 7/16/21. I had a partner(female) March of this year. I have had no outbreaks or sores b4 or after these tests. What I do?
