There is no health reason to stop masturbation. When you said "very-very hard" I thought maybe you were joking but on rereading not. You can discuss with your Dr if it is bothering you.

Sexual urge and arousal are normal at your age and if there is no relief either by sex or masturbation sometimes it causes frustration. There is no 'harm' in masturbation. But if you want to quit try meditation, avoiding sexual images, writings talks and keeping busy. It is hard for anybody to do but a strong resolve can do it. Good luck
