HPV causes warts which may occur on the vulva, anal or perianal area. These warts usually are painless, although they may cause itching, burning or bleeding.

Generally, not. HPV causes no inflammation. If external genital warts grow to large size (1-2 cm or more) they may itch or bleed. But HPV without warts causes no symptoms at all. (Aren't you the same person who has asked multiple questions about possible resistant vulvovaginal candidiasis? I'm afraid you're never going to get better answers on this forum than you have had. Good luck.
