I have done 3 lateral flow covid tests and they have all come back positive is it highly likely i have covid?

It is 100% certain you have it. Self isolate and test household members and any other close contacts. Discuss with your doctor. Good luck.

Any positive COVID-19 test should be considered a positive, unless there was a problem with the kit itself. Have a Flu vaccine, discuss the timing of a COVID-19 vaccination with your physician.
