I HPV test is normal and PAP smear is normal than low risk for cervical cancer. If both HPV test and PAP SMEAR are positive than a high risk for cervical cancer in women. In a male a positive HPV test shows a problem of possible oral and throat cancer. Also genital warts could develop. Your sexual behavior determines your risk, safe sex low risk, unsafe sex, high risk.
