Hi, i did a beta hcg quantitative serum test once 39 days after sex and it came back negative 1.2 and took a home pregnancy test a week after, it came back negative too. is it accurate? should i worry about cryptic pregnancy?

You did not state but I assume you has missed your period for at least one month (39 - 14 + 7). Ectopic pregnancy or normal pregnancy is ruled out with two negative tests, blood and urine, presumably on day 25th and 32nd after missed period.
