Hello. i have a question.. what happens if you took 30 pills of tylenol 5 days ago and have no sntoms, only tiredness? should you go to the hospital anyways?

Sad to hear that. Tylenol can overload the livers toxin-removal system and lead to destruction of liver cells. It does not produce dramatic symptoms, your systems just slowly fail. Saving your liver usually requires special treatment within the first 12-24 hours. You should go to the hospital and be checked. You obviously need some help. Any chance of survival may depend on going in now.

Yes, you should go to the hospital to be examined NOW & have blood work done to assess liver (& probably renal) function. Depending on how much Tylenol you took & over what time period, as well as other medical conditions you might have, these organs could be negatively impacted WITHOUT symptoms. In addition, you should speak to someone you trust about WHY you took so many pills.
