I have fatty liver. started dieting kinda successfully i think. woke up abruptly to go urinate. everything was fine until i bent over and felt a weird stinging in in top/center of belly under ribcage. its gone for now, should i concern over that?

No. that could have been a strain. I am concerned of you been told you have a fatty liver for it is rare at your unless you had some severe insult to your liver. Are you sure about that diagnosis? If so suggest you see a Liver specialist for another opinion.
