Dizziness and fogginess and ringing like crickets in my ear feel nauseous and have heartburn really bad?

Heartburn is unlikely to be related to the other symptoms as dizziness & nausea are inner ear related. If the tinnitus is unilateral & of rather sudden onset especially if hearing became reduced, a growth in the brain called an acoustic neuroma.could be the cause. I recommend consulting an ENT specialist or a neuro otolaryngologist for evaluation. A brain MRI may be ordered. Take pepcid for reflux

Wax build up, infections, inner ear problems, vestibulitis etc can also give myriad of symptoms. Please see your doctor. Hope it helps. PS: agree with Dr. Above.
