So i was diagnosed with a bacterial infection 2-3 weeks ago, and maybe yeast infection too. i also had 2 cuts on my vulva. the wounds were almost healed, but they reopened today when i had sex and bled a little. how to prevent another infection now?

Keep the area clean, do not traumatize it (means no sex till its fully healed), watch for any evidence of infection and treat as appropriate. Have your partner checked (if its the same person you are having sex with) he may be carrying the bug without knowing it.
