I was prescribed 2 tablets- 5mg each of buspar twice a day. they seem to be working but some stomach discomfort during the day. after a week i started 1 pill in the morning. holiday prevents calling dr. can i take just 1 during the day or 2 @ 8 am?

Since you are already taking 1 tablet in morning and 2 at 8 PM.It is ok to continue same till you have a chance to talk to your Doctor.The Dose of Buspar depends on your response to the therapy.Starting.Usual starting dose is 15mgm per day in two divided doses of 7.5 mgm twice a day.And dose can be increased by 5 mgm a day if needed.Maximum dose is 60 mgm a day Discuss with MD for dose you need
