Difficult to know, when a very large proportion of residents have limited access to health care, often combined with societal pressures (stigma) that make it difficult to recognize or admit to risk or to being tested and/or infected. But overall prevalence is irrelevant to your own risk (if that's what prompts this question). Just be sexually safe and in relation to drug use, then no risk.
