Has a gynecologist examined you? If not consult one. Most vulval lumps are benign, but can be from HPV or even herpes. If you're not satisfied with your care or uncertain of the diagnosis get a second opinion or consult a gynecologic surgeon at an academic center or a dermatologist.

I am surprised that an ultrasound was needed to diagnose something which can be readily felt on examination(even your tech could feel it). They could be a number of things e.g. sebaceous cysts, lipomas , fibromas etc. You need to see a good Gyn for proper evaluation and treatment
