I am wondering if this is a self diagnosis or a physician diagnosis? The reason for the question is that Achilles bursitis would be treated differently than Achilles tendinosis or partial Achilles tear. If you have not done so, see a physician who can give you an accurate diagnosis and an appropriate treatment plan.
