Please be careful but yes what you are doing is okay. However, you might want to give your muscles a day or 2 a week to recover. Glad exercising is helping!

It is good that you are exercising and even better that it is helping. Do give yourself a day or two off each week. Keep you effort at about 80% of what you can tolerate. Drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless. Wish you good health!

If you are staying hydrated and not feeling lightheaded or dizzy there is no problem with that program. Exercise can help with mental health
