Or something in it (or something your are taking) is causing increased sensitivity to sun, I would ttop using anything on skin and see if it gets better. If it does then gradually add stuff back and keep a diary and share with your Dr.

Consult a dermatologist. You may have seborrheic dermatitis. I'm sure you'll want an accurate diagnosis and to get proper prompt treatment & follow-up.. See a specialist as your facial skin health and appearance is most important.
