My face is red (looks like ive been sunburnt), but i havent been in the sun. also my face is dry, burning, was itching at one point (has stopped), and is flaky. anytime i put anything on my face it burns. am i having an allergic reaction? thanks?

Or something in it (or something your are taking) is causing increased sensitivity to sun, I would ttop using anything on skin and see if it gets better. If it does then gradually add stuff back and keep a diary and share with your Dr.

Consult a dermatologist. You may have seborrheic dermatitis. I'm sure you'll want an accurate diagnosis and to get proper prompt treatment & follow-up.. See a specialist as your facial skin health and appearance is most important.
