Literature in this regard is confusing. There are a number of publications suggesting that Vitamin D deficiency may predispose to to the occurrence of atrial fibrillation, this has not become standard teaching in cardiology journals or books. Likewise, there is no clear published evidence that vitamin D3 supplement can cause atrial tachycardia, SVT etc.

Bit D deficiency is common, replacement is recommended. It benefits brain, body, and lowers chronic disease risk for certain cancers. Super levels are not needed. Have your doctor check your level (20-50 is good), and pursue a cardiac workup for tachycardia. Daily intake of 2000 IU is a common recommendation. Conditions like gastric bypass surgery or kidney disease require more.
