Some women occasionally skip a menses. If you are not pregnant or so early it is not detected I would not worry about a simple social drink or two.

Best to first determine if pregnancy is positive: get a serum HCG test to be certain. Stress (COVID-19, work, school, emotional) can cause delay in ovulation which delays menstruation. If the HCG is negative, see a GYN physician for an exam and other testing.
