Many labs do perform LDL-P levels even though LDL-P requires different technology. There are other methods that might be used to see whether LDL-P is abnormal including measurement of apoB . Any lipidologist with experience should be able to guide you. I suggest that you discuss this with your primary physician to get a referral to a lipidologist.
