I would estimate almost zero chance of ovarian cancer. Most likely pregnant statistically. Get tested unless pregnancy is not possible.

If you had sex since your last period, do a home pregnancy test. It is good that you have an appointment with doctor to perform ultrasound, if needed. Wish you good health!
