The bleeding is likely from internal hemorrhoids, not from that perianal pimple. You should rest in bed for a while until the blood stops oozing. Upright position may aggravate bleeding due to gravity. You need to avoid constipation. If bleeding recurs frequently you need to see a GI doctor or a surgeon for either banding or hemorrhoidectomy. You are young so I assume you do not take any meds.

Hello. Abnormal bleeding even from a hemorrhoid is abnormal. Get it looked at ASAP for a confirmed diagnosis and to begin a treatment plan.
