There is always the chance of getting HIV or any other sexually-transmitted disease from a little-known partner, because partners such as this cannot be trusted. I am more concerned about the risk of pregnancy that accompanies unprotected coitus and if you continue sexual activity, you should see a trusted ob-gyn for examination and contraceptive options.
