Consistency of semen depends on many things and is variable. It has a fishy odor normally. Re. anxiety and stress- find an entertaining diversion e.g. sports, painting , volunteer work, group activity with friends, meditation to name a few. If not better pl see a mental health councilor. you are young! I think you will be fine. Wish you good health.

Chronic stress can definitely interfere with sexual response, ED, PE etc. This is true even when stress is not from the relationship, but is from work or other environmental factors.
