This can be removed by cleansing with soap and water. Cotton tipped applicators can assist in manually removing material that adheres more in some areas.

If you can -then thoroly wet it and with wet cotton or gauze gently loosen it and remove it and apply neosporin or any anti biotic ointment till it heals. Then keep the area clean with soap and water. It might take several attempts. If you cant then see a Urologist
