There is no such thing as "low egg count" unless one means "Sperm count". Eggs mature one at a time, alternating from one Ovary to the other. The Gynecologist/ Fertility Consultants will be needed to first define what the problem is and then the best solution can be proffered .

At "37", quality of the egg regarding successful fertilization is reduced, but for maximum results , consult a reproductive endocrinologist ("fertility doctor") who may elect to stimulate ovulation to produce more chances for pregnancy, or suggest egg retrieval and fertilization to create embryos which can be preserved.
