Vitamin B12 is water soluble and excessive amounts of vitamin B12 are simply passed out of the body through the urine and cause no harm.

You B12 level is normal, range varies from lab to lab, but roughly the normal range is 200-1000. If you are taking B12, your doc would be able to make further recommendations based on previous values and current doses.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your level of B12 is very much normal. Wish you good health!
