Must reveal that this is controversial, as an Israeli study and a CDC study came up with differing conclusions. The CDC claims, unvaccinated patients who previously had COVID-19 have a 2.3X chance of reinfection. But my take on this is positive, as you now should have adequate protection from levels of IgA, IgM, and IgG, and likely have very low chance of hospitalization or death.

The protection is close to complete, with two vaccinations. There have been cases though among vaccinated individuals. Most of the new cases requiring hospitalization though are among the unvaccinated population.
