A doctor has provided 1 answer

Urine test may not be necessary for your epididymis symptoms if you have no urinary problems. See a Urologist who may order an ultrasound of your testes and epidid. In the meantime use dry heat locally for 10=15 mts each time and wear a supporting underwear.
