Hi there, im facing testis veins swelling and pain issue right after urine from several months. in day time testis are normal but in late night after urine veins swells and hurt for while. i have got scrotum doppler test and urine both are normal?

If the tests are normal you have no problem with the artery and veins. Drink an adequate amt. of water, wear supportive underwear and take warm water soaks in a tub. You will be fine.
