I tell my patient it is good to get a hangover to remind you why you don't drink too much too often. Your body is talking, nay shouting, to you. Don't do this or you will see what happens.

Not a good idea. Take meds as prescribed, benzos and alcohol are never a good long term combo, reduce your alcohol intake.
