No: Lorazepam, a sedating benzodiazepine, should not be taken on the same day that alcohol is ingested. Both of these substances add to one's sedation, and the combined effects can be dangerous. You should consider that alcohol consumption can seem to aid panic, but in the long run its consumption can aggravate and even produce panic symptoms. Stop drinking and get into counselling treatment.

Don't mix the two: Both alcohol in red wine and benzodiazepines in Alprazolam act on the same receptor in the brain and have additive effect. And it is good to get your panic attack investigated as it could be a sign of withdrawal from alcohol or worsening dependence. Alcohol disturbs sleep any way even it might make you sleepy initially.
