I recently took a pregnancy test via urination and blood test but i started to have abdomen pain and vaginal bleeding. my question im wondering is if im still pregnant my 1st blood test my hcg level was 938 today when i took it was 191 im 2weeks?

The vaginal bleeding and the blood tests are consistent with a likely miscarriage so you are probably no longer pregnant. You should continue to track your blood HCG levels until they are negative (less than 5) to confirm that everything completely passed.
