My period came on the 18th october, i had intercourse on 24th and 25th october. today is 3 nov and my breast and nipples have been sore for a about 3 days now. is it possible to have gotten pregnant within that time line? so soon?

Given the time line described, pregnancy is "possible". Sperm can remain viable for 2-4 days, and ovulation can allow fertilization 12-14 days prior to your next cycle. For certainty, obtain a serum HCG test if your period is delayed beyond November 6-8th.
